- さまざまな速度のドライラミネート機に適しています
- 推奨比率は20:3ですが、実際の環境湿度と印刷インクは複合効果に大きな影響を与えます。お客様は実際の状況に応じて硬化剤の量を適切に調整する必要があります。
- 希釈する場合は、必要な固形分に応じて主剤に溶剤を加え、よく撹拌した後、硬化剤を加え、均一に撹拌してから使用してください。注意：酢酸エチルの水分含有量は0.03%を超えてはならず、アルコール含有量は0.02%を超えてはなりません。溶剤に活性水素（アルコール、アミンなど）が含まれていると、副反応が発生し、硬化剤の有効含有量が減少します。実際の使用では、状況に応じて混合比率を適切に調整する必要があります。
- 基材フィルムの接着層中の溶剤を蒸発させるためには、乾燥機の乾燥効率をできるだけ向上させる必要がある。
3.接着剤の量と硬化
- 推奨塗布量は2.0g/㎡以上（乾燥基準）ですが、実際の使用においては状況に応じて適宜塗布量を増やしてください。
- 複合製品は養生室で（50±5）℃で少なくとも48時間養生する必要があります。
4.保管と安全
- 5〜30℃の乾燥した清潔な涼しい環境では、未開封のJT1150/GT1150は12か月間保管できます。
- After contact with adhesive, it should be thoroughly cleaned, including work clothes, protective glasses, masks and gloves stained with adhesive.
- Be careful! Empty drums of adhesive after use also contain hazardous substances. Please handle according to the instructions on the label and do not use these empty drums without professional cleaning.
