The water content of ethyl acetate shall not exceed 0.03%, and the alcohol content shall not exceed 0.02%. When the solvent contains active hydrogen (such as alcohol, amine), side reactions will occur, resulting in a decrease in the effective content of the curing agent. In actual use, the mixing ratio should be appropriately adjusted according to the situation.

2.Applicable model:

Applicable on various speeds laminating machines.

 

3.Recommended ratio:

20:4. Actual ambient humidty and printing ink have an obvious influence on the qualities of lamination. It is necessary to adjust the application amount of curing agent or hardener properly according to the actual conditions.

4.Operating conditions:

(1) When diluting, add the solvent to the main agent according to the required solid content, stir it thoroughly,

(2)Then add the curing agent, and stir it evenly before use.

(3) The water content of the solvent ethyl acetate shall not exceed 0.03%, and the alcohol content shall not exceed 0.02%

(4) Working concentration 25%~35%

 

5.Drying:

The drying device should have sufficient air volume, wind speed and temperature. When the drying system is divided into three sections, the temperature from the membrane inlet to the outlet is controlled between 50~60℃, 60~70℃, and 70~80℃.
