3.Glue amount
The dry basis coating amount is 1.6-2.0g/m2. However, for composite films that require thermal processing or deep processing, the coating amount should be larger, otherwise the coating amount should be smaller. In addition, the coating amount should also be appropriately increased for printed films. The recommended screen mesh number is 180-220.
4.Compound temperature
Drying tunnel temperature: (75~80~85~95)℃
Pressure roller temperature: 65~75℃
Pressure roller pressure: (0.35-0.4)MPa
The lamination pressure should be increased as much as possible without damaging the film
5.Ripening conditions
It is recommended to cure at 50±5°C for 6 to 12 hours. In winter, when the temperature is low, the aging time needs to be extended.
6.Storage&Safety In a dry, clean, cool environment at 5-30℃, unopened JF2245/GF2245 can be stored for 6 months.
If the product is frozen, it is strictly forbidden to use it. Avoid long-term low-temperature storage of composite products before they are fully cured.
It is recommended to cure at 50°C for 4 to 5 hours before subsequent processing can be carried out. When shutting down temporarily, the upper rubber roller should be kept rotating.
When cleaning the rubber roller, be careful not to mix the glue with the cleaning water or solvent.
